A Day Behind hails from North Bay, Ontario Canada. The four members of the band each bring something different to the table in both writing and performance. A wide range of influences as diverse as Madonna to Weird Al allows the band to have no musical boundries when it comes to wrestling snakes and killing chuds. The live show is explosive and each song is charged in it's own unique way which somehow all comes together to define the sound that is A Day Behind. In 2005 the band released its debut self-titled album to a great response from fans. ADB has also been receiving airplay on radio stations across Canada over the last year.
